Soufiane Oulahyane, an individual from Morocco, has been indicted by the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York on charges related to a significant cryptocurrency and non-fungible token (NFT) heist. The indictment alleges that Oulahyane devised a sophisticated scheme involving the creation of a deceptive replica of the well-known OpenSea digital marketplace, ultimately resulting in the theft of digital assets valued at approximately $450,000.
